Anané And Louie Vega Return To Heart Factory With The Ritual

As far as the proverbial #couplegoals go, Anané and Louie Vega have got to be right at the top of the game. Not only are they both house music legends in their own right; but their chemistry, passion and love for one another is obvious when they come together in the booth. Which is why we jumped at the chance to meet the power couple this week to discuss their return to one of the island’s most forward-thinking and creative superclubs: the colourful, theatrical and immersive micro-universe that is HEART Ibiza.

Returning for a third summer as part of the venue’s Heart Factory residency, the Vegas’ renowned concept will once again treat us to some sizzling b2b sets and live performances by Anané and Louie and a hand-picked selection of their musical peers. Louie says, “We wanted to bring you our vision of the underground culture of New York – whether that’s art or music – and the evolution it has undergone. At HEART Ibiza, we have a huge space to work with and incredible visual and audio artists in the technical department to bring that to life.”

Anané added, “We have been coming to Ibiza for 25 years and working on the island for 15. Now, as we go into our third year at HEART Ibiza, we know each other and the collaboration is a friendship. We wanted our residency to have a family vibe, because that’s what we are.” While the full line-up for the 2019 season is yet to be unveiled, Anané and Louie also revealed that someone big will be joining them for The Ritual Opening party on June 11th.

The Heart Factory concept itself will open on May 28th and run until October 1st. A creative laboratory where cutting-edge ideas are shaped into new trends and cultural achievements, the residency will collaborate with some of the most respected and inspiring artists to showcase the finest in current electronica. DJ trio Better Lost Than Stupid – made up of Martin Buttrich, Davide Squillace and Matthias Tanzmann – will do the honours of heading up the official opening party, while Behrouz will return with his Do Not Sit brand. New for this summer, Lehar and Musumeci are also set to present their MUSE party offering under the Heart Factory banner. Tuesdays at HEART Ibiza are once again set to become one of the most respected and unique nights on the island, so make sure you do not miss out!
