It’s no secret that Ibiza now offers as many world-class dining options as it does amazing parties, and, nosy buggers that we are, we love to quiz our favourite music selectors for foodie recommendations.

German DJ and Heavy House Society label boss Sidney Charles is not only a connoisseur of dark, raw and rough house beats, after wowing the White Isle by rocking ‘down and dirty’ nights like Circoloco at DC10, he also boast a black book full of insider gourmet tips. Here, the ‘Warehouse Romance’ producer shares his favourite Ibiza eateries with us…

Passion Café

You can never go wrong with a trip to Passion Café in Marina Botafoch. It has a lot of healthy options and you can have breakfast at any time of the day. But the best thing is you will always bump into someone from the music industry for a nice catch-up and a chat!

Chiringuito Cala Gracioneta

A great place for lunch with a lovely beach vibe. The open-air terrace is made of wood and nestled between the cliffs with a lovely view of the Gracioneta cove. The food is nicely done and they also deliver great vegetarian and vegan options.

Wild Beets

A strictly vegan restaurant in the village of Santa Gertrudis in the middle of the island. Although I’m not vegan, I love that place for breakfast. It has a great vibe and the team is super friendly, so you can spend some hours working from there. I also love their self-made almond milk coffee!

Locals Only

A small, cozy family business with only locally sourced food in the middle of Ibiza Town. The staff is always super nice and they offer a mix of traditional Spanish tapas and Italian food. I also love the location in Plaza del Parque, one of my favourite town squares. If you are there, definitely try the ‘Devil on Horseback’.
