After an impressive Ibiza debut that saw Amnesia rocking on Wednesday night to the sound of some of the world’s best underground DJs, Hyte is gearing up for one of the biggest New Years Eve celebrations, with a Berlin weekender from December 29 until January 2 featuring Apollonia, Chris Liebing, Gregor Thresher, Henrik Schwarz, Loco Dice, Pan-Pot, Radio Slave, Ricardo Villalobos, Robert Hood and Sonja Moonear.

The team behind Hyte could have been excused for basking in the limelight after its debut Ibiza season, but they’re not really in it for the headlines. For Hyte, it’s all about delivering the party and since the shutters dropped on the Ibiza season, it has been busy selling out events in Amsterdam, New York and Barcelona before returning to its hometown of Berlin for the second installment of the Berlin NYE Weekender. Five back-to-back events kicks off on December 29 at the Arena Berlin’s club and Glasshaus venue. With a line up that is bursting with talent, balancing legends with rising stars, Berlin is all set for another monumental Hyte fuelled New Year Celebration.

Underground Resistance legend Robert Hood, all time favourite Ricardo Villalobos, deep house master Henrik Schwarz, techno veteran Chris Liebing, Rekids label head Radio Slave, Perlon artist Sonja Moonear, the Parisian DJ trio Apollonia, Frankfurt´s Gregor Tresher, Düsseldorf´s Loco Dice and Berlin’s own Pan-Pot will head up the rave marathon, with other guests including a selection of Berlin’s finest such as Sebo K, DeWalta, Janina, as well as visitors from further afield Truncate, Nastia, Boris Werner, Benny Rodrigues and many more.

Hyte takes over part of the sprawling complex of ARENA BERLIN, a former bus depot turned war-time weapons arsenal, which after the construction of the Berlin Wall sat deserted due to its isolated location. The venue now provides a labyrinth of industrial spaces, creating the ultimate playground for party-goers, and with panoramic views of the river Spree from the venue’s Glashaus floor, it will provide the ultimate setting to see in the first sunrise of 2016.
