Ushuaïa Ibiza has delivered some fantastic Friday gatherings already this summer and July 19 promises to be yet another as Sven Väth and Boris Brejcha are joined by Ann Clue and Cesar Vinzent for a day into night extravaganza. The one-off spectacular sees two electronic music pioneers come together to combine forces and celebrate the underground in a house and techno journey to remember.

If you’ve only heard of Ibiza, chances are you will recognise the name Cocoon and the driving force behind the world’s most famous techno party, Sven Väth. If you have had the pleasure to visit the island in the last two decades, then you will have, for sure, found yourself in the heart of the Cocoon dancefloor as the Kaiser marshalled his troops during one of their roof raising parties. Instrumental in the rise of techno to be the dominant dance genre, not just on the island but around the world, Sven Väth is no stranger to performing in front of a huge outdoor audience.

Boris Brejcha, with all due respect, may not be the household name that his counterpart is but his contribution is equally heavyweight. The hi-tech minimal pioneer has championed his genre for as long as we can remember and his label, Fcking Serious has offered a platform for some of the most talented, innovative artists to showcase their sound. Boasting a unique fusion of techno, ambient, electro and breakbeat, Boris is another seasoned campaigner who is more than comfortable when confronted by a large crowd in front of his booth. These two titans of electronica will invite label stars – Cesar Vinzent from Cocoon and Ann Clue from Fcking Serious – to join them in taking the outdoor arena on an underground trip it will remember for a long time to come.
