Having announced its move to Friday night in Eden Ibiza, Defected Ibiza has now revealed the first part of its weekly line-up and, as anticipated, it is packed with all your favourite house music artists. The programme so far features six dates for brand new residents Gorgon City, headline sets from Arman Van Helden, Basement Jaxx (DJ Set), MK, Riva Starr, Low Steppa and Todd Edwards, as well as all of your favourite Defected residents.

After surprising many people in 2017 with an announcement of the collaboration with Eden Ibiza in San Antonio, Defected proceeded to deliver weekly roadblocks as one of the world’s best house imprints firmly put its stamp on the Ibiza summer. It was business as usual last summer as fans of great house music lined up outside the san Antonio venue every week to listen to the finest DJs and, with the announcement of this year’s protagonists still hot off the press, Ibiza 2019 is looking very exciting indeed.

Defected has always looked to offer a balanced selection of artists for its weekly party, including heavyweights with decades of experience with the hottest new talent. This summer is no different, with genuine industry icons such as Roger Sanchez, Todd Terry, MK and Karizma sharing the booth with emerging talent such as Monki, Danny Howard, Jacky, mambo Brothers and OFFAIAH. There’s also news on the Café Mambo pre-party, which was a big success last summer and which will return from May 17 until September 27, featuring some of the DJs that will be playing in Eden Ibiza later, getting you warmed up early doors! Café Mambo celebrates its 25th anniversary season, so that promises to be another huge collaboration for Defected.
