Villa Gracie is located on the outskirts of San Antonio, approximately 25 minutes transfer from the airport. The property is ideal for large groups or families that want to enjoy a peaceful holiday with the option of getting involved in the vibrant Ibiza nightlife with ease. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people and is within walking distance of many of the facilities needed to make the most of your Ibiza adventure. A short walk will take you to a hub of bars, restaurants and supermarket nearby and a short 5/ 10 minute drive takes you into the heart of the busy resort of San Antonio and San Antonio Bay. The villa itself is separated into two properties, a three-bedroom villa and a studio apartment and with partial air conditioning and wi-fi throughout, it offer an exciting base for your Ibiza holiday. Beach lovers have the choice of nearby beaches Cala Bassa, Cala Conta and Cala Tarida all within 5/10 minutes drive.

Inside Villa Gracie

Entering the villa, the first area that you find yourself in is the spacious and comfortable lounge with 42-inch TV and media box complete with movies and UK TV shows to keep you entertained when you are relaxing at home. There is also a desk station for those of you that like to keep on top of work while away. From the lounge area you can access the master bedroom and bathroom, complete with Roman bath, two further bedrooms with twin beds and the kitchen/ dining room with all the necessary modern appliances. The unique feature of this property is the separate studio apartment, for those that require a little extra privacy amongst a group. It boasts a small kitchenette a double sofa bed and a spacious triple room as well as another shower room accessed from the studio.

Outside Villa Gracie

The private pool is the focal point of the outside area, offering plenty of sunbathing space around it and ample loungers for everyone. With a BBQ area also outside, the option for al fresco dining is a popular one. The garden area is popular both during the day, taking advantage of the Ibiza sunshine and at night, where BBQ and cocktails under the stars makes for the perfect preparation before venturing into the vibrant Ibiza nightlife.
