Inside Baix Forada

Located in San Rafael, it is close to some of the island’s better dining options, not to mention handy for that supermarket shop. As far as exploring the island goes, San Rafael is centrally located so San Antonio, Ibiza Town and Playa d’en Bossa are minutes away in the car and you are uniquely positioned to head north and investigate some of the stunning villages that can be found there. Outside Baix Forada

While the outside of the main Finca boasts a truly traditional feel, the interior couldn’t be further, offering a stylish and modern design with all the creature comforts of home. The polished floor is the only remnants of the original Finca, the kitchen is completely modern and fully equipped and there is a dining room/ office for those that prefer to stay indoors to eat, although there is banquet seating outdoors, perfect for those al fresco Mediterranean meals. There is a stairway leading from the dining room to the bedrooms and upstairs lounge, which can also be converted to accommodate more beds.

The farmhouse is 700 years old and has more of a traditional feel inside, with a spacious lounge and en suite mezzanine double bedrooms leading off of it. High Sabina ceilings add to the authentic feel and the bespoke furniture bring a charming elegance to the property. The farmhouse leads into the beautiful garden area where the swimming pool and long pond can be found, as well as some breathtaking views of Ibiza. There is a gravel pathway leading you around the garden towards the stables, where you will find extra bedrooms, toilet and shower as well as a separate TV lounge. The villa enjoys Internet access and air conditioning, satellite TV as well as a utility area where you will find washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and iron/ ironing board. Pets are also welcome in this property.

The gardens surrounding this unique property are in keeping with the property itself, well maintained and offering a pleasant place to spend the day, whether in or around the swimming pool or enjoying the beauty of the gardens themselves and the stunning view of Ibiza.
