Hï Ibiza Teases Urban & Hip-Hop Night For 2018 Season

Just as we were hitting the post-lunchtime slump on this Monday afternoon, a little scroll through Facebook had us jumping up from our seat when we clocked a surprising announcement from super club Hï Ibiza in our newsfeed. “Things will never be the same. That’s the way it is,” read the slogan that teases an Urban & Hip-Hop party set to take over Monday nights at the state-of-the-art venue. Say whaaaaaaat?

During its successful first season in 2017, Mondays at Hï Ibiza were assigned to dance music’s youngest superstar DJ, Dutch turntable talent – and Ibiza veteran – Martin Garrix. But, never afraid to shake things up, the stylish super club is adding a fresh new vibe to its carefully curated music roster in the shape of some phat beats.

While the White Isle is most famous for its world-class electronic music offering, over recent years there have been a few alternative concepts popping up on the island, however, bar a couple of exceptions they have been mostly restricted to daytime events and open-air venues. However, having already enjoyed huge success with sister venue Ushuaïa’s Disturbing Ibiza party hosted by UK rapper Tinie Tempah, it looks like Ushuaïa Entertainment could be leading the way once more with a ground-breaking new concept. We can’t wait to see what’s to come!
