As one of Ibiza’s most iconic and long-standing parties, Flower Power at Pacha has been a non-negotiable part of every party-loving White Isle visitor’s holiday bucket list. Colourful, crazy and channelling the authentic hippy spirit of the island, this year the original concept returns bigger than ever and with loads of surprises on Monday, May 8th.

Following a change in ownership, the legendary Pacha Ibiza has enjoyed a little beauty sleep throughout the winter months in order to enter its sixth decade on the island with a fresh new look. So far, we have been kept guessing to which extent the world-famous club has been made over, but knowing the Pacha brand it will be nothing short of spectacular. And the announcement of the beefed up 2018 Flower Power concept is a strong indication that there is a lot to get excited about.

Maintaining its Monday night slot in Pacha’s seven-day roster of epic parties, Flower Power’s original philosophy of freedom, fun and joy will lead us into the week in style. This summer the unique party will expand its signature 60s, 70s and 80s soundtrack to include tunes from cool era-of-the-moment, the 90s! Bringing together generations of music lovers, now you can groove your way through no less than four iconic decades in one night!

As always, there will be incredible interactive performances, mind-boggling décor and a high-octane production to enhance the authentic feel of this fun and fabulous party. Live music performances, actors in eye-catching costumes, confetti explosions and irresistible beats make this a true whirlwind of a night that combines the very best elements of what makes Ibiza so special.

Dating back to the1980s, when Pacha had been open for a few years already, Piti Urgell – co-owner of the venue – and his brother Ricardo decided to create the passionate party, which has become one of the earliest clubbing brands on the island. Piti’s idea was clear from the beginning; he wanted to propel and promote hedonism amongst the crowd with an unusual music repertoire at that time: soul, pop and funk and other hits from the sixties and seventies. Over the years, Flower Power has become an alternative option within the White Isle’s electronic music dominated nightlife, celebrating peace, freedom, sexual liberation and hippie culture through music and crazy entertainment.
