New since this month, the HIIT into Sprints class is an explosive workout that aims to push your thresholds and help you to improve your limits for recovery and progression. With very little rest, it’s not for the faint-hearted, and the focus is predominantly on movements used to enhance sprint performance – but it’s guaranteed to both challenge and change you in the most powerful way. Tackle this challenge on Tuesdays and Fridays from 17.30 to 18.30. Another intense offering is Cotton Fitness Club’s military style Bootcamp class, which has been designed for those who are totally serious above moving their fitness to the next level. Fast, hard and intense with very little rest, the programme fuses cardio with metabolic strength work for the whole body.
