As we are hurtling towards the 2018 season, Hï Ibiza continues to get us excited with another epic residency announcement. Today the Playa d’en Bossa super club revealed that Swedish star DJ Eric Prydz will be returning to the state-of-the-art venue for a rip-roaring second summer on July 10th.

As if that wasn’t enough to make you want to book flights to the White Isle immediatey, the renowned producer will be bringing with him an epic new support team for his Tuesday night concept, consisting of hit producers Camelphat, the award-winning duo Solardo and up-and-coming Newcastle talent Cristoph.

Running for 12 weeks from Tuesday, July 10th until September 25th, Prydz will be taking over the Theatre (Room 1) at Hï Ibiza, with house and techno tune spinners Solardo hosting the Club (Room 2). Hot on the heels of the success they enjoyed with what was undoubtedly one of Ibiza’s most played tunes last summer, Cola, each week chart-topping UK production duo Camelphat will be joining master mixer Prydz and, with next big thing Cristoph also in on the fun, Tuesdays at Hï Ibiza will be one of the island’s hottest tickets.

Like last year, international super star Eric has been curating a roster of guest DJs to join him at the cutting edge club this summer. The names are still kept under wraps but, if 2017 is anything to go by which saw the likes of Deadmau5, Matthew Dear, Kolsch, Agoria and Dusky take over the Theatre on Prydz Tuesdays, it’s going to be epic. Meanwhile, Solardo’s appointment as hosts of the more intimate, dark and edgy Club, shows once again that the Hï Ibiza team is keeping its fingers firmly on the musical pulse, picking up the talented duo after they were named Breakthrough act of the year at the 2017 DJ Awards.

Completing this all-star team of Prydz’s weekly residency will be Cristoph, who has already played landmark venues like Space and Pacha in Ibiza and Watergate in Berlin, as well as touring South America and Australia. His pumping house productions on DFTD, Knee Deep In Sound, Suara, Last Night on Earth and Bedrock have been lapped up by everyone from Joris Voorn to Jamie Jones, and behind the decks he effortlessly threads together a variety of music styles ranging from groovy house to moody techno numbers.

Hï Ibiza will once again give Prydz’s creative team a ‘carte blanche’ to work their magic, building a unique, site-specific stage to host his weekly show. Last year the production was second-to-none, a stark yet immersive production that wowed with glowing neon lights set off against blacked out walls and, of course, Hï Ibiza’s powerful sound system.
