Yemanja Ibiza is offering the perfect Valetines dinner, Spanish cooking made with love, in the sunning surroundings of Cala Jondal. Spread across February 13 and 14, the special Valentines menu incorporates all of the romantic superfoods, from oysters to truffle parmesan, artichokes and wagyu beef, with the added bonus of an authentic Ibiza atmosphere in one of the most popular eateries on the island.

The Valentine special starts with a choice of asparagus and peas with almond vinaigrette, organic egg and Iberian ham and French oysters with pumpernickel bread. Having tantalised your tastebuds, with a provocative first course, the main course offers a delicious dilemma, a choice between black rice with Norwegian lobster carpaccio and chive alioli, Wagyu beef with wheat salad, pumpkin, green onions and wild rucula and finally the homemade artichoke tortellini with ricotta, truffle and parmesan. The most romantic meal of the year has to come to a sweet climax and for dessert you are invited to sink your teeth into a white chocolate cake with raspberries and cumquat, a fitting finale to the perfect evening.

To help you relax and enjoy your romantic evening, Yemanja has concocted two refreshing cocktails, designed to express the intimacy of lovers in two versions, the Spring Is Coming – Absolut vodka, cointreau, passion fruit, lime, fresh guava and homemade ginger syrup, lemon and of course, champagne and Loving Pisco – St Germain, cucumber, lime and fresh ginger plus special touch of home cardamom and vanilla syrup and champagne. Both cocktails are delicate, sparkling and fruity that reminds you that love should be celebrated. Yemanja is open 365 days a year, possible the only restaurant on the island to do so but there is something extra special about the waterfront destination on Valentines.
