Offering an unforgettable wedding experience that can be tailored to your specific wishes, the stunning venue offers several different packages that enable you to make your vision of this most special occasion come true. A vision in white by day, and a softly candlelit heaven by night, the relaxed and elegant space can be configured to suit your personal preferences for the big day. Please note that a venue fee may occur depending on your desired wedding date, the number of guests and any special requirements. Cotton Beach Club is not able to offer a ceremony or any other services on the beach beneath the venue.

If you choose to have both the ceremony and reception at Cotton Beach Club, the venue suggests to take your vows on its spectacular rooftop terrace – usually home to FAY restaurant – for an even more elevated viewpoint from which you will truly feel on Cloud Nine. Then, according to your party size and requirements, the organisers will create the perfect space for your reception in an area – or spread across several parts – of the venue that best suits your needs. The minimum number of guests for exclusive weddings is 80, with smaller parties being allocated a private area for their use. At full capacity, Cotton Beach Club can accommodate up to 400 guests, for a standing cocktail reception on various levels. On the outdoor Grand Terrace they can cater for 130 people for a seated multi-course dinner, and, together with the indoor dining area, they can cater for 180 people on the same level.
Each wedding reception contains four parts that all need to be included: A welcome drinks reception held on the rooftop, the dinner, a selection of wines and an open bar for a minimum of three hours, the last of which can be extended for an extra hour at an additional charge. Couples can select from a number of divine choices for the food and the wine menus, allowing you to personalise the perfect evening for you and your guests.
One of Ibiza’s most popular restaurants – and for good reason – Cotton Beach Ibiza offers three different menus of semi-mediterranean cuisine prepared buy their internationally experienced kitchen team.

Ranging from 95 Euros to 150 Euros per head, they might include such delicacies like an appetizer of Iberian “Bellota” ham, a starter of sea scallop on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes and a main course of cod filet in orange sauce accompanied with a bacon and potato cake. Dessert might be a refreshing tangerine and vodka sorbet, or an apple cinnamon pie with red berries ice cream. There are also three wine packages, ranging from 50 Euros to 90 Euros per head, featuring esteemed bottles such as Chateau Castigno, Amarone Della Valpolicella, Whispering Angel, Collet Brut and Collet Brut Rose.

Cotton Beach Club’s dedicated team of organisers can help you arrange everything related to food, drinks and venue set-up, however, other services required such as a florist, wedding cake, photographer and videographer or additional decor and kids’ supervision must be organised by the client themselves with third party suppliers, with the venue happy to recommend several reliable service providers based on the island from their black book of contacts. With music playing a huge part in any ceremony, Cotton Beach Club offers clients the choice to hire one of their fantastic resident DJs or bring their own band, master mixer or band. Music can be played on the Grand Terrace until midnight, but the dance floor can be set up inside the venue thereafter. Due to local laws, the property shuts at 3am, with guests required to start leaving at 2.45am.
