Cotton Beach Club Closing Party

It has been another fantastic year for the Cotton Group, introducing two new concepts – Cotton Lounge and Baboon Cocktail Bar – while maintaining its hold over Cala Tarida with Cotton Beach Club, and Fay, not to mention finding the time to plan and announce plans for Cotton Fitness Club, coming in 2017! Saturday October 29 sees the curtain come down on Ibiza 2016 with a final fiesta at Cotton Beach Club, which will close this winter for a refurbishment moving activity to the newly opened Lounge while it does so. To celebrate another fantastic summer, it is hosting its first real closing party, an all day/ all night bash that promises to be one to remember. Lunch seating starts at 1pm with the party kicking off from sunset.

Cotton Beach Club wasted no time in declaring its Ibiza intentions, the stylish décor and five-star service captured the attention of the island from the minute the doors opened and the view that it boasts has left more than a few people open mouthed since! Having just enjoyed its third successful season, the popular beach concept is set to close its doors for the winter and undergo a refurbishment in time for the 2017 season. As it does so, it will host one last fiesta to bring to an end Ibiza 2016, an all day and all night affair that offers food, drink and music in the stunning surroundings overlooking Cala Tarida. Resident DJs Dalibor Dadoff and Mr Doris will welcome guest Sunset DJs Andy Baxter, Scott Gray and Paul Reynolds, who, between them, will shoulder the responsibility of soundtracking the final party.

Although Cotton Beach Club will close for the first time, the Cotton group will maintain its winter presence, having been one of the go to destinations for the winter crowd, it will move the off-season activity from Cala Tarida to Ibiza Town and Cotton Lounge, the elegant addition to the group’s portfolio. With another carefully chosen location delivering yet another spectacular panoramic view, Cotton Lounge has enjoyed its debut season and is looking forward to keeping the Cotton flag flying this winter with a selection of events that will be announced shortly as well as opening seven days a week for lunch and dinner.

As Ibiza 2016 comes to a close, Cotton Beach once again shows foresight and looks to 2017 and Cotton Fitness Club, which promises to be another impressive addition to the group’s island offering. Located on San Antonio’s Sunset Strip, enjoying that signature Cotton view, the team is set to redefine the island’s wellness scene, with Cotton Fitness Club offering a unique experience in stunning surroundings, incorporating a new level of comfort for a gym and embracing a healthy nutritional menu and the usual high professional level of Cotton staff, all combining to offer something exciting. The driving force behind Cotton Beach Group, Christian Marstrander and his team has shown an innovative, forward thinking attitude throughout the Cotton Ibiza tenure and is once again looking to put a stylish new stamp on Ibiza; “I see future fitness as being far more aligned with the hospitality industry.
