Tradición Samar Winter Menu & New Opening Hours

After a busy first summer, Ibiza Town eatery Tradición Samar is getting ready for the tranquil winter months with a new culinary offering and winter hours of service. Part of the renowned Amar Ibiza Group, the stylish eatery located right by the imposing walls of the historic fortress tempts diners with delicacies from both land and sea. From November 2nd onwards, guests will be able to sample daily specials and enjoy four carefully curated daily menus that change every week.

Throughout the winter, Tradición Samar will be open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch service between 13.00 and 16.00 and for dinner from 19.00 until 22.00. The chef duo behind sister venue La Dispensa’s delicious culinary offering, Alessandro and Alessio, with the help of “marisquero” Edgar, have created four weekly menus focussing on fresh quality products at affordable prices. Diners will be tempted by foodie treats such as Creamy Pea And Mussel Soup, Pasta Stuffed With Salmon And Saffron Bechamel, Tuna Escalope With Sesame And Courgette and Pear And Chocolate Cake amongst many other delicacies. Choose from two courses for 15 Euros or enjoy the full menu for just 18 Euros.
