X-Fit Ibiza Is Here!

Keeping fit in Ibiza is about to welcome an al fresco option courtesy of respected wellness/ fitness professional Tim Gold, as he unveils X-Fit Ibiza, his outdoor fitness park in the countryside of San Mateo. Staying in shape is a popular past time in Ibiza, especially in the winter, after those gruelling months of the summer season have taken their toll. There are numerous fantastic options already, both inside state-of-the-art gyms and a selection of outdoor classes, X-Fit Ibiza will offer a variety of classes in the spectacular setting in San Mateo, launching on Saturday November 4.

Just 20-minutes’ drive from the island capital, X-Fit Ibiza opens up a brand-new world of fitness in the heart of the Ibiza campo. The variety of equipment and classes makes getting fit more exciting, as well as challenging. Tim Gold is one of Ibiza’s leading personal trainers, with over a decade of experience, five of which have been in Ibiza, working with clients, offering an engaging experience that challenges them to meet their true potential. Having spent the last half year converting the picturesque finca and its grounds into a unique fitness terrain, with his partner and fellow fitness professional Leon, as well as returning to Germany to educate himself on all of the up-to-date training methods, X-Fit Ibiza is finally ready for its weekend unveiling.

THE CLASSES
Weekend Booster – every Saturday – 12.00pm until 13:15pm – 75mins Xfit Bootcamp circle workout
Active Siesta – every Wednesday – 14:45pm until 16:00 – 75mins Xfit Bootcamp circle workout

The campo group fitness is guided by experienced Personal Trainer (and Ibiza inventory) Tim Gold. In every session, you undergo a 75 minutes holistic mixed body workout – consisting of strength, endurance and stretching exercises. That means in particular 10-minutes warm up, 45-minutes crossfit bootcamp circle on 10 different stations and 20-minutes cool-down and stretching. Every class is limited to a maximum of 8 participants guaranteeing you are never leave unattended, risking injuries or harm.

Costs 10€ per person and class. Teaching language will be English.

Total Recovery – Every Thursday at 14:45
Become your own physio and manage your posture and the health of your locomotor system. Tim Gold introduces certain specific stretching and release techniques to ease muscle stiffness and hardenings. Additionally. you learn how to use the Bodyroll and trigger ball on different parts of the body to dissolve pain symptoms, including chronic back pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, narrowed spinal canal, slipped disc pain, foot deformations, neck pain and headaches, to mention just a few. Being proofed by the latest research the combination of specific stretching methods and body rolling (own trigger point therapy) helps you to prevent a big bunch of muscle related non-inflamed pain conditions. You will learn to apply those techniques easily at home enhancing your life quality. That class is limited to 6 participants keeping it semi-private.
Costs 10€ per person and class. Teaching language will be English.
