Together In Electric Dreams

Esteemed clubbing brand Together has announced an Ibiza residency in Amnesia for 2012. After testing the water last season under the Tonight guise the clubbing brand, known for combining world class DJs and top electronic acts, takes up residency on Tuesday night in one of the islands legendary venues. Tuesday in Amnesia will see the likes of Skrillex, Simian Mobile Disco and Eric Prydz, share top billing alongside the likes of Tinie Tempah, Public Enemy and Ms Dynamite, delivering an unbeatable line up on a weekly basis between June 19 and September 25.

Tonight burst on to the Ibiza scene last summer, bringing together electronic artists, whether they be behind the decks or in front of the microphone and very quickly establishing itself as a credible party for a discerning crowd. Summer 2012 sees the brand take things up a gear as Together returns and bring with it some of the heaviest hitters on the electronic scene. The open minded music policy of the brand has seen it rise in prominence in recent years, from rocking its own arena at respected London festival South West Four to making a huge impact on the white isle.

Together has assembled a killer list of resident DJs who will oversee some of the most forward thinking line-ups of the summer. Multi award winning, floorfilling, venue smashing artists Chase & Status will bring their acclaimed show to Tuesday night in Amnesia. Heavy basslines, monster breakdowns and infectious melodies will be the order of the day as the energy fuelled duo continue their love affair with Ibiza. Eric Prydz was one of the main factors in the successful launch season of Tonight last summer and he returns. The electronic artist with an uncanny ability of moving effortlessly from the depths of the underground to the heady heights of the world’s charts brings with him a reputation for destroying dancefloors all over the world. Multi Grammy winner Skrillex arrives at Amnesia this summer on a wave of success that doesn’t look like ending at any point in the near future. If you like your electronic music delivered with unparalleled energy and enthusiasm with more than a sprinkling of genius, then this is one not to be missed.

The resident DJ roster is reason enough to be clambering for your Together tickets now, add to them the outstanding list of guest DJs and lve acts and you could be excused leaving for the island now and pitching a tent at the front door of Amnesia! One third of the Swedish House Mafia, Axwell is joined by prime international house and electro talent including Afrojack, Simian Mobile Disco, A-Trak, Bloody Beetroots, Crookers, Jacques Le Cont, Jack Beats, Steve Aoki, Brodinski, SebastiAn, Feed Me, Jack Beats, Gesaffelstein, Thomas Gold, Yall, Jeremy Olander, The Zombie Kids and Mar-T. Dubstep and drum & bass kings Flux Pavilion, Shy FX and Borgore will also be present, along with Zane Lowe, Mistajam, Breakage, Redlight plus many more guests to be announced.

On the live tip, Britt and MOBO award winner Tinie Tempah returns to Ibiza, where he has become one of the island’s favourites in a very short space of time. Joining him on the list of live talent is Ms Dynamite and Public Enemy, who celebrate the 25th anniversary of their seminal debut album ‘Yo Bum Rush The Show’ with a must see live appearance.

As if that isn’t enough, and believe me it is, Together has also announced that they will be inviting some of the most exciting parties in clubland to take over a room during the season and deliver their own special brand of entertainment to compliment the going’s on in the main room. Look out for the likes of Bass Culture making its Ibiza debut, Annie Mac Presents also returns as well as label showcases from Axtone and Jacked completing a mouth watering electronic menu. With pre-parties at Café Mambo, Ibiza Rocks and Sands,Tuesday night in Ibiza is one for the diary, Together at Amnesia!
