IZAKAYA Set For Ibiza Opening

Ibiza 2017 has already gone some way to exceed the lofty expectations of islanders and tourists alike, enjoying its fastest ever start to a season and that start is about to be illuminated further with the introduction of famous dining concept IZAKAYA, located in the stylish Sir Joan Hotel, adding Ibiza to its portfolio of destinations that already includes Amsterdam, Hamburg, Munich and Milan. The Asian kitchen and bar is from the forward-thinking Entourage Group, and is the latest addition to Ibiza’s ever growing and exciting gastronomic scene.

As recent as five years ago, asking anyone for their first impressions of Ibiza, you would have been safe to assume clubbing capital would be the only answer. Nowadays, however, the island landscape is changing and quickly. With more world class hotel and restaurant brands opting for the Balearic beauty as an option, foodies from all over the world are dropping in to sample the unique juxtaposition of new and traditional dining opportunities. Reimagining the Japanese classics with small plates, ‘robata’ style, it promises to be a dining experience to remember. Whether you are dropping on for breakfast, lunch, dinner or you want to enjoy some bar bites, the menu is packed with tasty options.

When it comes to innovative culinary concepts, The Entourage Group has a strong pedigree with concepts such as MOMO, MR PORTER, THE DUCHESS and THE BUTCHER, joining IZAKAYA in offering food lovers’ multiple destinations in which to enjoy the finest experience. IZAKAYA Ibiza will showcase modern Japanese cuisine with a South American influence overlooking Ibiza Town and the Marina.
