Martin Solveig is no stranger to Pacha Ibiza, the French DJ/ producer has played in the famous club on countess occasions. Ibiza 2015 saw him take on his first solo residency in Mu House, making Wednesday night his own and turning the club into a neon wonderland, where house music ruled and the atmosphere was unforgettable. My House returned on Wednesday to get the 2016 season underway and picked up exactly where it left off.

The retro feel of My House was introduced last summer and proved a big hit, meriting a return for 2016. Pacha was packed by the time Martin Solveig made his way to the elevated booth, each of the support acts playing a part in producing a vibrant atmosphere as chunky house beats filled the room. The summer will feature a host of talent alongside the popular resident, with the hottest DJs and producers, established and new, keen to sample the Wednesday night madness for themselves. With an ability to mix cutting edge tunes with classic and accessible house music, Martin Solveig has established Wednesday as a must visit party after just one season in the famous Ibiza club.

Martin Solveig is met with loud cheer as he takes control of the booth and proceeds to take the floor on a magical musical journey. High energy, throbbing basslines, catchy vocals and killer loops combine to drive the main room into a frenzy. There’s something very special about Pacha main room when it’s a full tilt and that’s what it was at the hands of the talented French DJ/ producer. He even found the tome to climb on to the deck console, microphone in hand, and address the masses that had turned out to celebrate hos return – much to their delight. Pacha residents Graham Sahara and Angel Linde offered a slightly different journey in the Funky Room as yet another Pacha party got underway in style.
