Alas, all good things must eventually come to an end, and so the charming Dalt Vila restaurant and bar is shutting its doors on Saturday, October 28th. This means you have four more nights to enjoy the venue’s seasonal dishes such as creamy mushroom soup made with a leek, garlic, thyme, rosemary, pink onion and dry mushroom broth and finished with the addition of fresh mushrooms, a splash of Madeira, fresh Chanterelle mushrooms cooked in noisette beurre and a dash of cream. Toast autumn with either one of the expertly crafted cocktails or a glass of wine from the carefully curated wine menu and revel in the atmospheric surroundings, hosted by the lovely El Portalon Ibiza team.
