Boogie In Wonderland was undoubtedly one of the success stories from last summer in Ibiza. The party, which combined art, music and fashion expertly across its season long residency brought 70’s NYC loft culture to the clubbing capital, offering a unique party vibe and offering some of the finest entertainment. Needless to say, the Ibiza tribes lapped it up, and, as it gets set to move to its new Saturday night HEART Ibiza residency, launching June 10, expectations levels on the island are understandably high.

One of the features of last year for Boogie In Wonderland was its eclectic but quality packed line-ups and with the opening party protagonists revealed, that looks certain to continue into 2017. Tiger & Woods and Late Nite Tuff Guy offer an innovative, cutting edge musical journey in the main room with Recardo Patrick once again offering a spectacular live show. This summer sees a Terrace residency for recently emerged island combo La Clique, AKA Sarah Main, Lisa Chadderton and Maxine Hardcastle, offering a stylish groove for those that want to take a break from the intensity of the main room or just to set eyes on that breathtaking view.

With a flambouyance and swagger that would not have looked out of place at one of Andy Warhol’s loft parties in 1970’s New York or the dancefloor of the much fabled Studio 454 party, Boogie In Wonderland swept into Ibiza last summer and made an instant impact. Supermodels mixed with musicians, artists delivered live masterpieces, live performances ignited the night and some of the finest DJs took over the booth in an avant-garde nod to a decadent decade. The opening party line-up has served to remind us that it is business as usual for Boogie In Wonderland this summer, although it has moved to its new Saturday night slot. Tiger & Woods and Late Nite Tuff guy both have a reputation for challenging musical boundaries but not at the expense of the dancefloor. With an acute understanding of what makes Ibiza dance, it promises to be one of the hottest openings of the summer to date.

HEART Ibiza offers the perfect location for Boogie In Wonderland; it’s forward thinking, technologically advanced capability transform a stylish club space into an imaginative wonderland; you almost expect Andy Warhol to glide past you at any point. Ibiza 2017 has already proved itself to be fast out of the blocks, with record attendances in May carrying on to the beginning of June. Boogie In Wonderland looks set to build on the unprecedented success of its debut season and it all gets underway on Saturday June 10.
