After a wildly successful first summer at outdoor party palace Ushuaïa Ibiza, today the iconic Playa d’en Bossa venue has announced that Norwegian DJ and producer Kygo will return for the 2018 season with his tropical fiesta and emotive sound. Reclaiming his Sunday slot, the Stole The Show hit maker will welcome clubbers every week from July 22^th until September 2^nd.

Joining Ushuaïa Ibiza’s roster of global superstar DJs in 2017, Kygo had some very big boots to fill as he took over Sundays at the world-famous al fresco club following international turntable hero Avicii’s retirement. But with several incredible gigs already under his belt – his set at the 2016 Rio Olympics saw the 26-year-old become the first house music producer to play at an Olympic Closing Ceremony – and billions of SoundCloud and YouTube views, he took to the job like a duck to water. He says, “I’m so excited to be returning to Ushuaïa Ibiza this summer and will have some even bigger surprises this year.”

Throughout his first season at Ushuaïa Ibiza, he brought in a host of his musical peers to join him on the iconic festival–size stage including the likes of B Jones, Alan Walker, Mike Parry, Kaskade, Nore En Pure and Sam Feldt for a Sunday celebration of pure sun-drenched feel good vibes! With colourful tropical decorations and Ushuaïa Ibiza’s mind-blowing production and powerful sound system completing the experience, there is no doubt that Kygo will once again be one of the hottest tickets on the island!
