Disturbing Ibiza Closes In Style

The weekend got off to a flyer in Ushuaïa Ibiza as Tinie Tempah and the Disturbing Ibiza crew delivered the ultimate closing party. After a summer season that has seen capacity crowds pack the open-air venue to check out some of the most exciting talent from the UK, the superstar performer invited special guest Bugzy Malone, DJ EZ, Jax Jones and a host of talent to bring the vibrant residency to a close.

Ushuaïa Ibiza was busy early doors on Friday as the weather did its best to put a dampener on the start to the weekend. Moody skies overhead could do nothing to take the edge off what promised to be the most Disturbing Ibiza yet, and, after a summer of headline grabbing parties, that was saying something. Sam Lashmar and George Mensah got things underway as one of the most colourful of the Ushuaîa Ibiza stage productions. Transforming the elevated stage into an urban scene, complete with caged fences and graffiti, it promised to be a closing party to remember and it didn’t disappoint.

DJ Charlesy has been ever-present this summer, laying string foundations for every party and the closing was no exception. Along with Mo Gilligan and Michael Dapaah, the trio took the vibe up a notch, Charlsey dropping some killer beats as Mo The Comedian and Michael Dapaah hyped the crowd before special guest Bugzy Malone took to the stage. The talented artist is on fire right now, his latest EP, ‘King Of The North’ has been well received and he’s in great spirits as he controls the huge crowd that is now packed inside the famous venue. The Manchester born wordsmith wastes no time in capturing the attention, as Disturbing Ibiza shifts into top gear.

There have been countless highlights during the season for Tinie Tempah and his Friday residency but the return of DJ EZ for the finale is definitely up there. He eases through his final set of the summer, blending tracks seamlessly, engaging with the crowd, dropping thunderous basslines and a series of infectious vocals over fierce beats that had the Ushuaïa Ibiza crowd rocking. The final Disturbing Ibiza comes to a climax as the full crew joins Tinie Tempah on stage to take the well-deserved adulation of thousands of satisfied fans. It’s been a huge season and the last show offered a fitting finale. Is it too soon to start planning for Ibiza 2018?
