After a stellar second season on the White Isle, which has seen Coricancha cement its status as one of Ibiza’s top gourmet destinations, this Wednesday, September 13th, gives fans of the beautiful eatery and lounge bar the chance to savour its delicious Nikkei fare once more at the official summer closing. Head to the stunning garden restaurant in the Salinas Nature Park for an evening of expertly crafted cocktails, live music by Banjaara and the finest in Japanese and Peruvian cuisine.

Part of the world-renowned Blue Marlin Ibiza group, you know a spectacular culinary experience paired with carefully curated music awaits. As the sun sets on Coricancha’s second summer, take in the breath-taking views over the salt flats and toast the evening ahead with one of the delicious cocktail creations such as the (F)Lake, inspired by the snow-covered Andes region and served with a layer of ice that you have to crack with a liquorice stick before savouring the heavenly mix of Havana 7 rum, pineapple skins, young pine cachaca, lucuma and salted coconut pulp. Feast on dishes such as street market style ‘antichucos’ skewers made with chunks of Amazonian river fish or churrasco Angus beef, while soaking up the exotic beats provided by Banjaara.
