Pacha is no stranger to hosting clubbers from around the island in October, the twin cherries offer an all-yea-round dancefloor every weekend. This was a slightly different affair, however, as its summer heavyweights say a belated goodbye to the island. Residents were invited to enjoy free entry up until 2 am, a special thank you from the club for the support it has enjoyed in the last five decades. It was a strong local turn out, not to mention the last wave of tourists that refuse to let the summer end and workers making the most of some free time now the island has moved into the last stages of the season.

Labyrinth has proved a worthy recipient of a Pacha residency, not that there was ever any doubt, Hot Since 82 has proved one of the most popular of recent guests. He took to the weekly party with ease, sharing the booth with some of the most exciting artists on the international scene, both established and up-and-coming. The club was transformed into maze of greenery, with vines hanging all over and the colourful banners of the party leaving no uncertainty as to what was going on. The last party maintained the vibrant atmosphere that has been consistent all summer. The highlight was the back to back between Hot Since 82 and Butch as the two men played against each other, the only winner being the dancefloor. The beats were deep and chunky, with throbbing basslines and hypnotic noises looping throughout. It was a fitting finale for a summer that could not have gone nay better for the new party. Now, as Pacha gets set to unveil its winter weekend offering, clubbers will return home and start thinking of Ibiza 2018.
