Cream Ibiza Announces Fatboy Slim Residency

Cream Ibiza has announced the first of its 2017 residents and it has set the bar pretty high, with the news that Fatboy Slim will appear eleven times during the forthcoming season, starting with the opening party on Thursday June 8. The popular UK based party has consistently enjoyed capacity crowds to its Ibiza party, on the back of some of the biggest island line-ups, the announcement that one of the biggest global headliners will be holding court throughout the summer has been met with universal excitement amongst its army of fans.

Bookmarking the season with appearances at the opening on June 8 and the closing on September 21, Norman Cook can also be found on Cream Ibiza duty in Amnesia on June 22, July 6 and 27, August 3, 10, 17 and 31 and finally September 7 and 14. No stranger to Ibiza, Fatboy Slim has been a regular on the clubbing capital for as long as we can remember, from sold out shows in the open air at Ushuaia and Ibiza Rocks most recently, he has endeared himself to yet another clubbing generation through his high energy performances where engrossing imagery and phat basslines interact to mesmerise!

If fans of Cream Ibiza hadn’t booked their 2017 adventure yet, they will be scrambling to do so now, with eleven reasons to make sure you have your ticket well in advance. The rest of the line-up will be released shortly, and having captured the imagination with one of the biggest pre-season announcements so far, you can be sure that Cream Ibiza has plenty of other surprises to come. Known for bringing some of the biggest names in the international scene to its Thursday night – Deadmua5, Calvin Harris, Paul Oakenfold, Above & Beyond, Paul van Dyk and Eric Prydz are just some of the protagonists that have performed regularly – anticipation levels are understandably high to see who will be joining Fatboy Slim on the season line-up.

Amnesia is one of the iconic venues that Ibiza boasts, with both of its rooms able to produce an electric, roof threatening atmosphere and Norman Cook one of the world’s best at whipping a crowd into a frenzy, Ibiza 2017 is shaping up very nicely indeed.
