New Season Menu At The Secret Door

New daytime speakeasy The Secret Door, hidden away on Ibiza’s tranquil coastline just outside of Santa Eulalia, has already won a legion of fans with its artisanal cocktail creations which are largely based on the use of organic and, where possible, local produce. And to reflect the change of seasons – and thus the ingredients available – the hip watering hole has added some new concoctions to the menu just in time for autumn.

Lovingly created by bar manager Jorge, a Spanish mixology expert with a passion for the flavoursome herbs and fruits you can find on the White Isle, one of the new cocktails to try is the Elvicio, mixed with LAW Premium Dry Gin, an artisanal spirit distilled on the White Isle, as well as Vermú Petroni, cherry liqueur and tonic water. Jorge told us, “We have a proper kitchen in the back of this bar, where we make syrups, shrubs and infusions. I bring all the ingredients from the markets, as well as local farms and producers. Even all the spirits are local and made in a traditional way or, if there are from outside of the island, they are organic.” See you at the bar!
