Diynamic Loves The Outdoors

Diynamic Outdoor in BEACHOUSE, a phrase that immediately conjures up images and raises expectations, before you’ve even set foot in Playa d’en Bossa. Diynamic, one of the most innovative labels on the electronic house music scene, Ibiza is famous for its al fresco parties over the decades and BEACHOUSE has emerged as one of the powerhouses of the beach party scene in the relatively short time it has been open, hosting a series of parties for some of the biggest names in electronic music throughout its first year and boasting three amazing residencies in 2015.

There’s something special about dancing with the sand between your toes, under the heat of the sun and later, when the sun sets, under the stars and there are only a few Ibiza venues that can boast the strength in depth of BEACHOUSE. It’s Tuesday, so that means Diynamic Outdoor but Wednesday sees Andrea Oliva present OUTSIDE and Sunday is of course the hugely popular Rumors party from Guy Gerber. It’s our first time for Diynamic and with memories of Adriatiques performance at Solomun Plus One opening earlier this year still fresh in our mind, we can’t wait to catch them do their thing on the beach. Joining Ardriatique is Karmon, a repeat of the opening party pairing with Johannes Brecht offering the live option.

The party kicked off at five, with some early clubbers mixing with the BEACHOUSE regulars in designer beachwear lounging on day beds as the warm up begins. The chunky beats that have become the trademark of Diynamic and the bubbly basslines are not long in getting feet tapping as the journey begins in earnest in the capable hands of Karmon. Diynamic Outdoor lanterns hang on cable above our heads, the label name spelled out in blocks above the entrance to the chic beachfront venue as the crowd continues to build. As the sun starts to descend, the lanterns light up and the party name shines like a beacon on the Bossa beach. BEACHOUSE has become one of the go-to destinations for the discerning island crowd, and before long the beach in front of the entrance is busy and the inside has become one giant dancefloor.

Adriatique played a starring role on the opening Solomun Plus One party earlier in the season, the driving beats, emotive basslines and haunting vocals becoming a trademark of the talented duo. It’s a sound that translates perfectly to the beach, where the stars are the lighting effects and where the sea lapping on the shore is yards away from the edge of the natural dancefloor. It’s a stunning performance that has everyone dancing from the off. There’s a different vibe around an open air party, it’s a more laid back atmosphere, the lack of a roof acting as a catalyst for people to relax and soak up the music. BEACHOUSE offers the best of both worlds, with the area surrounding the booth going off like the best club events while the beach offers a slightly different groove. Diynamic Outdoor returns every Tuesday, for those that love a cool party vibe in a stylish location, this party is a must.
