Dinner Under The Stars At Nikki Beach Ibiza

Last night, Nikki Beach Ibiza launched  a concept that will allow you to do just that – Dinner Under The Stars will run until the end of August every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night and allows you to enjoy amazing entertainment, live music, phenomenal food and drink, and the most stunning of settings.

The luxurious beach club makes the most of the golden sands and sparkling ocean on the coast of Santa Eulalia, as it invites you to dine under the stars on the beach front. Things kick off at 8pm, so watch the sun set over the glittering ocean and the day turn to night, before enjoying a moonlit dinner with family, friends or the one you love.

Each dinner at the chic beach club is accompanied by beautiful live music; violinists and singers will create a relaxing atmosphere and add to the ambience of the evening. Food will vary from evening to evening; a big, beach barbecue on Thursday nights will include locally sourced meat and fresh seafood (far from your standard BBQ, this luxe offering will include lobster, seabream and ribs), while upmarket Saturdays will be a glamorous affair, with diners tucking into sushi and champagne whilst being serenaded by lively jazz music.

Advocating the ethos of ‘the fresher, the better’, Nikki Beach Ibiza Chef, Juanma Otero, is placing paramount importance on light, modern and – most importantly – fresh cuisine. All produce is locally sourced and follows a farm-to-table process, meaning you can dine not only stylishly, but ethically and sustainably. This light, healthy and flavoursome approach to dining is perfect for the balmy Mediterranean nights here on the White Isle, so enjoy fresh-from-the-ocean seafood and perfectly cooked meat as you take in the stunning views.
