After the indulgences of the festive period – yes, it’s coming – what better way to reset in time for the new year than with a holiday dedicated to exploring the White Isle’s beautiful nature on foot and picking up some new kitchen skills while you’re at it? Starting on December 28th and continuing until January 1st, Walking Ibiza’s New Year’s Walking & Cooking Holiday is the perfect way to start into 2018, a unique and wholesome way to get to know the stunning island better, boost your fitness levels and learn new cookery tricks under the guidance of a professional chef.

Participants will be based in a luxury six-bedroom villa from which they will set off on three to four-hour long countryside and coastal walks led by Walking Ibiza founder and island expert Toby Clarke. Upon return to the house, cookery classes with chef Dominic Heath await followed by communal dinners during which guests can taste the fruit of their labour. Finally, the New Year will be greeted with a daredevil challenge of a ‘swim’ in the Mediterranean Sea on January 1st, inspired by the Dutch tradition. Prices start from €695 per person for a shared room with ensuite bathroom, with other accommodation option available.
