One of the best things about the off season in Ibiza is that those lucky enough to call Ibiza their home, have the chance to enjoy many of its world class concepts that stay open all year round. The invasion that takes place during the summer months has passed, the roads return to normal, parking is easy and dropping in to your favourite beach club, bar or restaurant becomes much easier. One such venue that welcomes visitors all year round is Nassau’s Tanit Beach.

With the weather in Ibiza offering more than its fair share of sunny days all year round, there’s nothing better than finding yourself on the beach while the rest of Northern Europe shivers indoors! Apart from the ability to post a social media selfie that has less fortunate friends deleting you, the chance to soak up the sun, breath in the sea air and enjoy some good food, drink and beats is great for the soul. Nassau Tanit Beach has proved itself a worthy winter destination, offering a place to enjoy great food with great company, a terrace to relax and sip a refreshing cocktail, a stunning view across the beach and the chance to dip your toes in the sea and a range of events that keep you dancing all year round. On those days that the weather doesn’t play ball, it offers a dramatic, weather proof venue and there’s actually a lot to be said for enjoying a long lunch with friends, behind the glass as the waves batter the beach.

One of the features of Tanit Beach, no matter which time of year you visit, is its entertainment schedule. The popular beach restaurant collaborates with some of Ibiza’s best local talent to offer its patrons a cool vibe. Its regular Sunday concept Pelirroca offers a chilled groovy vibe to accompany Sunday lunch and has become a staple in the diet of island residents. Saturday November 26 sees Nassau Tanit offer Ibiza a reason to head to the beach after dark as island favourite Melon Bomb continues to grab headlines with yet another opportunity to dance to its unique groove. From 7.30 until 2.00am, Melon Bomb assembles some of the finest Ibiza talent to deliver a fitting soundtrack as residents Paul Reynolds, Corbi, Ben Santiago and Scott Gray welcome Clara Da Costa to their booth. These are DJs that have been at the heart of many of the biggest parties throughout the summer and now, like everything else great on the island, we get to enjoy them all to ourselves! There’s a reason that many islanders consider these months to be the very best of the year and places like Nassau Tanit Beach play a significant part in that.
