IMS Ibiza Announces Final Schedule And Speakers

Celebrating its 10th year on the White Isle, this year’s International Music Summit is going to be a very special conference indeed, and with a lot of new developments concerning not only on the island, but the global dance music industry there are more game-changing talks and interviews than you can shake a stick at. With the full schedule and roster of speakers now announced, it’s time to get planning.

Highlights to look out for include revealing keynote interviews with The Black Madonna, New Order’s Bernard Sumner, Dixon and Masters At Work Kenny Dope and Louie Vega, plus a very topical debate on How The Industry Needs To Address Gender Disparity In Electronic Music hosted by SheSaid.So and Native Instruments. Other hot talks and workshops on the schedule include the IMS Masterclasses concerning best practices for Spotify playlists and Facebook Live streaming, a debate on the risk factors that put ‘Clubland’ in crisis, the Definite Digital Ecosystem Discussion and a talk on Health & Hedonism: How To Stay Sane In The Game. Meanwhile, the line-up for the conference’s very own closing party, the by now legendary open-air celebration that is IMS Dalt Vila, is looking in incredible shape with Maceo Plex, Seth Troxler, Pete Tong, Dixon, The Martinez Brothers, B.Traits and Manu Gonzalez all set to take to the booth for B2B sets with Tale Of Us, Miss Kittin, Nicole Moudaber, Kenlou (Masters At Work), Jesse Rose and Lollino respectively.
