Get Lost Miami

Crosstown Rebels celebrates its tenth birthday in 2013 with a huge global tour that takes in eighteen countries across five continents. A fitting tribute for a label that has made more than a significant contribution to the evolution of the underground, providing a home to multiple musical misfits, talented outsiders who constantly challenge musical boundaries pushing their audiences at every opportunity, winning an army of new followers along the way. 2013 sees the talented community on the road for the most part, returning to the scene of previous memorable parties, delivering more musical mayhem. One such scene is South Beach Miami, during the Miami Music Week, when Crosstown Rebels presents Get Lost Miami, the eighth session at Electric Pickle on Saturday March 23.

Get Lost Miami sees label boss Damian Lazarus joined by many of the talented DJs and producers that have made the label one of the most respected by peers and fans alike. The line up reads like a who’s who of underground protagonists; Alex Arnout, Bill Patrick, Burnski, Carl Craig, Clive Henry, Craig Richards, Cassy, DJ Three, Droog, Eats Everything, Eduardo Castillo, Francesca Lombardo, Fur Coat, Guti & Fosky, Heidi, Infinity Ink, Jozif, Just Be, Lee Curtiss, Maayan Nidam,

Celebrating ten years of constantly challenging the norm and of pushing parameters is an outstanding achievement, the fact that the Crosstown is still considered anti-establishment after all this time is testament to the philosophy of the label and the dedicated rebels that run it on a daily basis. Crosstown Rebels has provided a launching pad for many of the world’s top DJs and producers; Jamie Jones’ first two artist albums featured on Crosstown, other debutants include Pier Bucci, Maceo Plex and Art Department, to name only a few. Saturday March 23, from the early morning to very late at night is the perfect opportunity for the rebels to let loose and celebrate and you know that’s exactly what’s going to happen, one of the just visit parties of the conference, this is not for the feint hearted!
