Dancefair Ibiza

Dancefair, the Dutch electronic music event, is coming to Ibiza, on September 24 and 25 in Benimussa Park. In its own words, “Dancefair Ibiza is a two day event for everyone that wants to grow as a performing professional in the electronic music industry.” The last three years has seen the concept grow and become know as the approachable educational electronic event and one that goes out of its way to be inclusive, bringing DJs and producers together from al over the clubbing world. The success in the relatively short space of time that it has been operating has captured the imagination of the electronic scene and has seen it become one of the largest educational electronic platforms worldwide. Launching in Ibiza on September 24 and running for two days, the schedules are split into two musical camps, with Wednesday focusing on the underground and featuring Marco Bailey, Schlomi Aber, Crostain Varela, UNER and Coyu, to name only a few while Thursday will concentrate on the more commercial sound of EDM, electro and trance and will invite Paul van Dyk, Laidbacl Luke, Aly & Fila and Judge Jules, amongst others, to join in on the day.


Dancefair Ibiza brings together industry professionals, label owners, software and hardware manufacturers and established artists and DJ, to offer a complete educational platform giving advice and providing information on all aspects of the scene. There are a series of seminars and workshops that offer attendees a unique opportunity to get up close to the people that make the decisions or produce the equipment that they use. Media specialists give advice on essential career elements and there are seminars on structured lifestyle, time management and even advice on integration of music into every day life. For any self respecting DJ/ producer that is looking to make a mark on the global scene, Dancefair Ibiza offers access to established DKs and producers, label bosses, manufacturers and media professionals and invaluable advice.


Founder Norman Soares: “Our objective is to help reach the goals of every up and coming DJ and Producer of the world. With English being the first language, we will be providing key workshops and seminars in Spanish too as not only are we in Ibiza but there is a lot of great new artists in Spain who are seeking for information and hands-on knowledge on music production and taking their first steps in the industry.”
