Croatia Rocks

As the dust settles on the Ibiza 2014 season, Ibiza Rocks has plenty to look forward to. 2015 sees the innovative brand celebrate its tenth anniversary and with plans to make it one of the most memorable, Ibiza Rocks is also looking to the next ten years and has announced details of Croatia Rocks Festival, a four day series of events in Croatia’s Zrce beach between Monday July 20 and Thursday July 25. Croatia Rocks promised to fuse the Balearic beat with the natural beauty of one of the country’s best known resorts, with four days and nights of beach and boat parties, giving clubbers the chance to dance under the stars.

The Ibiza Rocks concept itself is proof that the team behind it is more than capable of thinking outside the box. Bringing live music to the clubbing capital a decade ago raised more than a few eyebrows but it became and remains one of the must do parties while on the island for thousands of Ibiza travellers every year. Looking to Croatia for the first festival foray outside of the island is another example of that famous foresight as well as recognition of the rapid rise in the country as a genuine party destination, with numerous festivals and parties punctuating the summer season. Croatia Rocks will feature a combination of established live acts and DJs as well as exciting new artists and producers. The main stage will feature the festival headliners and there will also be a hand picked selection of club partners from the UK and Ibiza, adding a credible and diverse element to the four day/ night event.

Shane Murray, Brand Director, Ibiza Rocks said: “This is a genuinely exciting move for Ibiza Rocks and marks a significant new chapter in our story as we reach 10. Croatia has clearly evolved from an emerging to an established music destination and it’s long been a wish of ours to bring the spirit of Ibiza Rocks to the beach in Croatia. We’ve got great partners onboard and look forward to becoming a part of what is already a rich and diverse festival scene. Exciting times lie ahead in Ibiza and beyond and we can’t wait to bring the Rocks experience to such a beautiful location.”Zane Lowe, Ibiza Rocks Music Director said: “I love working with Ibiza Rocks. We’re looking forward to playing in Croatia next year, as the Rocks family continues to find new audiences in new places.”
