Babylon Beach Presents Ibiza Cookery School

Posted on November 9, 2013

Winter in Ibiza means much more than just a change in the temperature on the island, the tourists have gone, the clubs have, for the most part, pulled the shutters down and the focal point moves from long hot days and al fresco dinning to warm nights indoors, gathered around the kitchen tables sharing food and stories as the island community connects once again after the roller coaster speed of the summer. What better way to reconnect with your friends and neighbours than through a wholesome meal and Babylon Beach Ibiza is looking to facilitate that by launching the Ibiza Cooking School, kicking off the season on November 16 at 11.15am with the Classic class.

The school will take place in the purpose built kitchen in the grounds of Can Pere Mussona, Ibiza’s first certified organic farm situated in the countryside of San Carlos. Louise Gould, long term Ibiza resident and cordon bleu trained chef will be in charge of proceedings running a series of cooking schools with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere as she invites you to learn new skills, tips, share stories and enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine overlooking the lush Ibicenco farmland. You can book as many or few classes as you like but places are limited so get in touch with Louise asap to secure you place.
