Ibiza Sea Party Sunset Boat Party - 2017 Listings

Ibiza Sea Party Sunset Boat Party offers you an amazing trip on their luxury five star catamaran with an open bar, buffet catering and on board activities. It is also the only boat party to include all water sports (Flyboard, Jet Ski, Fly Banana, inflatables and snorkelling).

The boat sails from 14:30h to 18:30h roughly, from May 14th until October 1st 2016, from the Playa d ́en Bossa pier, located in front of Sirenis Hotel Tres Carabelas & Spa, where the Boarding will take place.

After the Boat Party, you are invited to the Pool Party at the famous Bora Bora Beach Club in Playa d ́en Bossa.

Also included with your entrance, Ibiza Sea Party give you free or discounted entrance to one of the following nightclubs. Ushuaia, Pacha, Amnesia, Space, Privilege or Sankeys. Check availability.

Itinerary

• Pre Party at Tantra in Playa d ́en Bossa: from 13:00h to 14:15h.
• Boat Party at Dock in Playa d ́en Bossa: from 14:15h to 18:30h.
• Pool Party at Bora Bora in Playa d ́en Bossa: from 18:30h to 21:00h.
• Nightclub Entrance at to choose according to availability: from 24:00h on.

Important Information

• In order to Check in and pick up the event access's wristband, you must be at 13:00h at the Beach Club Tantra in Playa d ́en Bossa. If you can not assist, you can go as well straight to Boarding to Check in from 13:00h till 14:30h.
• You must be on the shipment at least one hour before the start of the event. You must do the check-in in order to change the ticket for the wristband that will give you access for the event.
• The company reserves the right of admission, the right to exchange the vessel that will hold the event by one with similar attributes, the right to change the starting point of the event within 24 hours before the initiation of the event (the user will be contacted by phone or e-mail indicated at the time of purchase). Due to problems of bad weather, rough seas or mechanical problems the company reserves the right to change the itinerary set for the event and postpone the water sports for the following 24 hours.
• Due to bad weather, mechanical or technical complications, we reserve the right to postpone the event for the following 24 hours without any reason for refunds. We will refund all money in case that the client show a valid boarding pass. The reason of the cancellation of the event due to bad weather will be entirely up to the decision of the captain of the boat, being him the responsible for the safety of all users on board.
• The length of the boat event is approximated 4 hours. We reserve the right to shorten or exceed it in specific occurrences.
• Due to external causes (bad weather, rough seas, mechanical, technical problems, etc.) that may put the users in danger, the company reserves the right to cancel the water sports and reschedule them on the following 24 hours.
• The company is not responsible for the misuse and/or accidents when conducting water sports activities or in any other situation. The same goes for any loss or robbery of personal objects.
• The admissions and guest lists for the clubs will be offered at the end of the event and will be always subject to availability. In the situation of unavailability these will be exchanged for a similar gift.
• The company is not responsible for fraudulent use. All tickets are validated under numbering encrypted and counterfeiting will be considered a felony.
• The approval of all these conditions exempts the company of any liability, legal proceedings or any other within the same category.
