After a decade of Revolution at Space Ibiza, Carl Cox returns to the legendary venue with a slightly new concept, ‘Revolution Recruits’ from July 3 until September 18 2012. The past ten years has seen the who’s who of global stars join Carl as his Revolution delivered numerous unforgettable parties to an army of loyal clubbers. As Space is voted number one club in the world for the second year in a row, Carl Cox gets set to return for his eleventh year, but in Revolution Recruits he has changed the game, opening up the ranks to an army of new talent.

Revolution Recruits promises to be eclectic, loud and unforgettable as it starts its second decade with a view of raising the bar further. One thing is for sure, for four new talents it will be an unforgettable summer as Carl Cox looks for four talented DJs to join him for a spotlight performance during the coming season in Ibiza. Carl is inviting all DJs that believe they have what it takes to share the spotlight set with him in Space this summer to submit a 30 minute set via mixcloud. The Revolutions Recruits DJ Contest offers up and coming DJs the opportunity to launch their career alongside one of the scene’s true legends. The four winners will be picked from the entries and Safehouse management will cover all flights to Ibiza and accommodation while you are there. The winners will also be invited to further hone their skills at one of the SAE Institute courses, as well as receiving premium memberships to SoundCloud and Headliner.fm.

As well as looking for four new DJ talents, Carl Cox is also challenging new producers to come up with an official theme track for the Tuesday night party. The Revolution Recruits contest challenges ambitious producers to use a bank of samples submitted by several existing Intec Digital artists into a tune that best represents Carl’s Revolutions party with the winning track being used as part of the Revolution Recruits promo material and being released officially after the season has ended. The winner will also be invited to further hone their skills at one of the SAE Institute courses, as well as receiving premium memberships to SoundCloud and Headliner.fm.
