Sands on Play D’en Bossa underwent a bit if a refurbishment during the winter, preparing itself for the 2012 summer and some extra special events. One of which sees the popular beach restaurant open restaurant up to five internationally renowned chefs as part of the Chefs On Tour concept. From July 26 until Sept five acclaimed chefs will take over the kitchen and deliver their own personal menu for the evening. Sands is no stranger to hosting superstar DJs on a regular basis but this is the first time that it has welcomed superstars from the culinary world. Tim Payne, Damian Allsop, Simon Wadham, Paul Wadham and Andy Needham will all make an appearance in the kitchen during this summer, bringing a unique opportunity to sample internationally acclaimed cuisine in the comfort of the popular beach restaurant.
