Ibiza may have started the slow process of giving up the summer and slipping gracefully into hibernation for the winter but it’s not all doom and gloom for people still on the island or those of you thinking about taking advantage of the weather and escaping your own winter. Mambo and Savannah may have closed their doors but things are still moving and shaking on Sunset Strip as Mambo’s next door neighbour, the Mint Lounge, remains open.
It might require a layer or two more clothing than the height of the summer but early evening cocktails on the Mint Lounge terrace are still a sight to behold. The sky has a knack of delivering some fiercely coloured moments as the sun sets on another Ibiza day. With an extensive menu still on offer, Mint is a great option for a dinner overlooking the sea or during the day, when there is still a great deal of heat in the sun, there’s nothing better than enjoying coffee and a catch with the sun on your face!
