It doesn’t seem like almost six months ago that we were sitting in Bambuddha Grove, on a wet Monday night in October, where a mixture of the last tourists on the island and local regulars filled every table in the popular restaurant and we got to taste some of the most amazing food as we were quite simply fed, no menus, just a selection of courses from the kitchen at the discretion of the talented chefs, possibly the best way to maximize your restaurant experience.
Bambuddha Grove is one of our favourite eating-places here at Essentialibiza and that is saying something given the number of top class eateries on the island. The fact that it is a short hop from our HQ definitely adds to our love of the place but it is the amazing surroundings coupled with warm, friendly staff and not forgetting the fantastic food and drink that they bestow upon us every time that we are in the MediterrAsian masterpiece that makes it a place we like to visit several times throughout the busy season and as often as possible out with the madness!
Friday March 30 sees the restaurant come out of hibernation and open its grand doors once more and we can’t wait. To celebrate the new season Bambuddha Grove is offering a selection of their most ordered dishes on a special menu at €45 per head and given that it is always a sell out, getting in early and booking your table is not the worst idea ever. With the new season comes an expectations of amazing meals in one of the island’s most dramatic settings, not to mention the odd crazy party or three, they have been known to take raising the party bar and on an island where having a party is like breathing, that tells you everything you need to know about the people behind the phenomenon.
