While the rest of the world settles down to enjoy New Years day dinner with the family, to reflect and give thanks to the year that has passed and to look forward to the challenges that will face them in 2012, in a small club on the outskirts of Playa D’en Bossa, in the flight path of Ibiza airport, a few thousand battle hardened clubbers get set to welcome the New Year in the only way they know how – in the company of their favourite DJs listening to the finest underground soundtrack through a monster soundsystem.
Circo Loco don’t do conventional, the fact that they originally decided to host their party on a Monday morning, traditionally the most dreaded part of the week, shows its disregard for falling into line with the rest of the world. 2011 saw Circo Loco take things to ‘The Next Level’ with a series of Ibiza parties that took the previously high set bar and launched it into the stratosphere. New Years Day 2012 is the first party of the year and Circo Loco has decided that ‘The Time Is Now’ and who are we to argue!
As is typical with Circo Loco, it has assembled a stellar line up of some of the finest underground electronic music DJs from around the world; Dan Ghenacia, Cirillo, D’Julz, The Martinez Brothers, DJ W!ld, Negru, Willie Graff, Jose De Divina, Tato, Sossa, Garagem, Ivo Toscano and DJEbali will all be on hand to celebrate another crazy year in the history of the worlds maddest party. DC10 Ibiza has delivered numerous outstanding parties over the years and as we get set to enter 2012, Circo Loco has declared that the time is now. Here’s to another year of madness!
