Saturday’s on the White isle is my favourite day of the week as the most creative, inspiring and unique boutique opens its doors – San Jordi Market. For decades the many creatives amongst us have been drawn to this little island, and over the years many have set up home here. Please take a walk through the old Hippodrome and here you will find the wonderful people of Ibiza; hippy’s from the past selling their fabulous 60′s staples. The trannies trying to push theirs 70′s platforms, the feisty fiesta chica’s with their sequined numbers, the ladie boys from Pacha still dancing from the night before!

Every Saturday the old Hippodrome opens its gates to market sellers, and the fabulous people of Ibiza come to buy! One chica’s trash is another chica’s treasure, and let me tell you, I have found many a treasure on a Saturday morning. With an array of fancy things on offer, from banging bolsa’s to vintage Vestido’s, Sant Jordi is forever on trend. In fact, it may just be the highlight of my week. This little market holds much of Ibiza’s nostalgic treasures. If any of these fabulous items could speak, what wonderful tales would be told of a little island tucked away in the Balearics, where people like to come and have a party.
