If you love to spend time by the beach but favour beautifully eclectic surroundings, great food and easy-going charm over champagne spray, thumping basslines and high-octane parties, then the boho chic seaside restaurant Aiyanna could become your stylish hangout of choice on the White Isle this summer. A brand new destination in the glittering bay of Cala Nova, the concept fuses carefully designed –yet not overly polished – interiors with an appreciation for the simple pleasures in life and an outstanding culinary offering.

A sister venue to the hugely popular Amante Ibiza beach club, Aiyanna is set to open on June 16th and was created by the same artisan team behind the successful restaurant and bar, whose keen eye for understated but eye-catching details and warm hospitality has turned Amante into one of the most revered addresses on the island.Using mostly natural materials and championing a neutral colour palette that echoes the delicate shades found all over the White Isle, Aiyanna has been created to effortlessly blend into the beautiful environment of Cala Nova and its elevated, shrub-covered cliffs overlooking the golden sands of the beach below.

A spacious terrace filled with comfy sofas and stylish circular chairs makes for the perfect location to soak up the sun or toast the end of another beautiful day on the White Isle. Accessories such as rustic vases and bright ethnic prints add a creative touch to the space, while the powdery sand floor underfoot, and the palm-thatched canopy overhead serve up the ultimate chilled out beach ambience. With spectacular views on Ibiza’s azure waters and a gentle Balearic soundtrack drifting into your ear, Aiyanna is bringing back the nature-loving hippy charm that the White Isle was once famous for.

Aiyanna will serve a modern take on fresh, healthy Mediterranean food where bold flavours, organic produce and innovative sharing plates dominate. Using fresh ingredients from the eatery’s own organic garden, the dishes are seasonal, health-conscious and inspired by the flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean. Headed up by award-winning head chef Oskar Reboredo, who has previously worked his magic at such illustrious venues such as Botafumeiro, Les Catre Gats and Shoko in Spain, as well as renowned London restaurants Sketch and Zuma, the menu will compliment a perfect day at the beach and is rounded off with a selection of wines, cava and champagne as well as signature Aiyanna cocktails and fresh juices.

Making the most of the natural beauty surrounding the venue, Aiyanna will also be offering wellness pursuits such as yoga, and host relaxed events championing live music and a vibrant but laid-back atmosphere. Like its sister venue Amante, the gorgeous beach destination is set to become a sought after wedding venue, offering exclusive hire for those wanting to tie the knot including civil partnerships and vow renewals. Able to host up to 150 guests in the open-plan, laid-back luxe dining space and the spacious natural wooden terrace, it’s the perfect place to say ‘I do’. And with the team behind Amante Ibiza’s envy-inducing weddings lending their experience to their latest venture at Aiyanna Ibiza, you’re guaranteed to feel on Cloud Nine.
