La Cava

La Cava in Ibiza Town offers a modern twist on the traditional Spanish Tapas bar. Previously a traditional tapas bar, it was taken over and reopened in 2009 by the Anadon family, responsible for many of the island's cooler dining experiences, who have given the bar a modern makeover, making it a popular member of the Ibiza Town restaurant community.

The restaurant enjoys a great location on Ibiza Town's main street and in its own words offers a, “delicious journey through typical Spanish cuisine with a Euro chic twist.” All the tapas dishes are homemade on the premises using only the finest fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. It's no surprise that in a relatively short space of time it has become one of the most popular tapas destination on the island.
