The stunning setting of this Italian sea fronted restaurant, set back from Salinas and accessed via a windy path, lends itself perfectly for those lazy days chilling and absorbing some unspoilt Ibiza scenery, as well as a truly spectacular wedding or party venue. As the sun sets in the distance, you can look out over the calm waves and see Es Vedra majestically peering at you from between the distant hills. Open from early April to the end of October and positioned on the South of the island, within the National Park of ses Salinas and just along from Es Cavellet beach, Cap des Falco is definitely worth the slightly bumpy dirt track journey. Come for lunch, a romantic dinner or just a chill with a cocktail whilst you experience one of the most tranquil sunsets on the island. Kick back and relax on stylishly furnished double day beds, or a four poster for complete intimacy, and just absorb the relaxing vibe.

The restaurant is family run by the Fabbri family owners, and food is beautifully prepared by Mama Fabbri who creates an authentic, traditional Italian menu including delicious pastas, fresh salads and tantalising risottos rounded off with her mouth watering desserts. To compliment this is the new Sushi offering for simpler but equally delicious beach dining. The well stocked bar fashioned from a ruined boat adds to the rustic but glamorous charm of this exquisite hideaway.
